My purchases is located at the top of the screen.  Click on "my TPT" to go to my purchases.

Under my purchases, you will see all of the packets you have purchased.  If you have not left feedback yet, you will see a blinking "provide feedback".  Click on that to go to the feedback screen.

After you finish shopping and are ready to checkout, you will see this screen.  The pencil is pointing to TPT credits.  You may use the credits now or save them up and use them at a later date.

Don't forget to add BTS13 where it says "promo code" so you can save an additional 10%.
